In pictures : Roxy's Cafe opens in Southport
A new Italian-inspired cafe and deli has opened just steps away from Southport train station.
Founded by Roxana Budoi, formerly a member of staff from Volare, the café will serve fresh croissants, paninis, cakes, and authentic Italian coffee.
There's also a range of delicious sandwiches bursting with salty cured meats and Italian cheese.
Roxy's will prove to be a popular spot with early risers as the cafe opens early Monday-Saturday. The location is also perfect for those looking to pick up a last minute coffee or snack before boarding the train.
The stylish new venue opened it's doors on 24 February 2025 and we visited to take a look around.
