Southport Community Sports CIC is your local home for health, fun, and community. We’re a non-profit organisation providing affordable activities for all ages, from climbing and skating to community cafés and youth clubs. 

In 2017, the former Southport YMCA was transformed into a vibrant, inclusive hub where everyone is welcome. Run by dedicated staff and volunteers who help local people get active, stay connected, and be part of something positive.

Key Facilities & Sessions

• Climbing Wall – Fun and confidence-building for ages 6+, suitable for all skill levels.
• Roller Skating – Public skating sessions, disco nights, and party hire available.
• Imagination Station – Creative and soft play zone for younger children.
• Gym – Fully equipped fitness suite for individual workouts or small groups.
• Dementia Café – A friendly, welcoming space for people living with dementia and their carers.
• Sports Hall & Room Hire – Versatile spaces for sports, events, and meetings.

Celebrate with us.  We offer a choice of fun-filled party packages, perfect for birthdays and special occasions!

You can also hire rooms or our sports hall for private events, community sessions, or club use.

Holiday Clubs

Our Holiday Sports Club runs during school holidays for children aged 8 and up.

Each day includes a variety of sports, games, and fun challenges, great for building confidence and making new friends.
