Musical Light Show

This Christmas season, visitors to Southport can enjoy brand-new musical lights shows!

The town’s iconic 60-foot illuminated tree will feature state-of-the-art interactive shows, with 20,000 LED pixels animating in time with a medley of beloved Christmas classics.

The new spectacle is set to premier at 16.00 on Saturday 15 November, after the finale of the Southport Christmas Spectacular live show.

A rotation of four different shows, each lasting five minutes, will play at twenty minutes intervals on select dates until New Year's Eve.

Each show will include vibrant animations that move in time to a mash-up of Christmas hits.

The colourful landmark has had a major spruce up this year, with over two kilometres' worth of brand-new lighting ensuring that the tree is shining brighter than ever before.

When to see the Musical Light Show

Four different shows will play on rotation, each featuring different music and animations.  The shows lasts for five minutes and will play at twenty minute intervals.  E.g 15.00, 15.20, 15.40, 16.00 etc

The Musical Light Show will premiere at 16:00 on Saturday 15 November, after the conclusion of the stage show at the Southport Christmas Spectacular.

Thursday - Friday (until 22 December) - 15:00 - 21:30pm

Saturday - Sunday (until 22 December) - 12:00 - 21:30
