UK’s First Football Skills Park Set To Open in Southport

Footy Nation, the UK’s first football skills park, will officially open on Saturday March 21st at Ocean Plaza Leisure Complex in Southport.

The new gaming zone promises the ‘ultimate indoor football experience’, perfect for family days out, groups, and both casual and passionate football fans of all ages.

The Footy Nation experience is built around a series of high-tech, interactive football games.

Visitors go head-to-head, earning points by hitting moving targets and showcasing fast footwork.

 ‘Match Ball’ gives players three attempts to guide the ball close to the target on a sloped surface.

‘Skill Ball’ challenges players’ dribbling ability through a fun, high-intensity obstacle course, while ‘Score Ball’ is a fast-paced, thrilling shooting game that rewards accuracy with high points.

These and other fun games build up to the high-energy ‘Pin Ball’, which offers a frantic finale set on a supersized football pinball machine.

Sessions last around 90 minutes, including your welcome in ‘The Boot Room’ and the final score reveal in ‘The Player’s Lounge’.
