Cosy Beds And Bedrooms is delighted to have opened a new store in Southport - offering everything families could dream of.

The outlet opened its doors at M Park Central 12 retail park on Derby Road in August, after the well-established success of its first venture in Kirkby.

Owner Justin Chean lives in Southport and has long been eager to open a store in his home town as soon as the perfect location became available.

Cosy Beds And Bedrooms Manager Chris Blundell said:

“Our banner outside our store in Southport says ‘keeping Southport cosy’ and that’s what we’re determined to do.

“We opened in August and are now eager to spread the word and let everyone know that we are here.

“We are fast! We can deliver within three days - sometimes even on the same day.

“With other companies you can be waiting three or four weeks or more.

“The value we provide is fantastic. When people are shopping around, they always come back to use because what we offer is unrivalled.

“There is a commitment here on some products in our store that if you find it cheaper elsewhere, then we will give it to you for free!

“Cosy Beds And Bedrooms opened in Kirkby 25 years ago and has been really successful there, it has built up a superb reputation.

“Now we are working hard to do the same here in Southport.

“The owner, Justin Chean, has spent the last 10 years looking for the ideal spot to become available.

“As soon as this opportunity at Central 12 became available we moved straight away.

“There is a huge range in our store - we have adjustable beds, Ottoman beds, bedroom ranges, bedroom furniture, dining furniture, bunk beds, bed frames, adjustable divan beds, children’s beds, gaming beds, and much more, with every size under the sun.

“You can find an extensive range in store, while we also have a wide range of stock available in our warehouse.

“We also create custom-made beds in any size you need which is something really different to other stores.

“We are open seven days a week.

“As well as being here for the domestic market we also work closely with local authorities including Sefton, Liverpool and St Helens as well as several care homes and children’s homes.

“I worked for Bensons For Beds for 24 years, at stores across the North West, in places like Southport, Horwich, Liverpool, Aintree, Blackpool, Blackburn, I have worked all over!

After trading successfully in Kirkby for 25 years,  Cosy Beds And Bedrooms could have opened their second venture anywhere in the region, Southport was always their first choice.

“The restoration of Southport Pier will start soon as well as work on the new Marine Lake Events Centre.
