Enterprise Arcade

One of the key Town Deal regeneration projects, the three-floor Enterprise Arcade development will provide a central hub for the digital, creative and technological sector in Southport.  The project will include...

• A collaborative ground floor food and drink-based offer.
• A co-working / hot desk and start-up space on the first floor three ‘grow on’ offices on the second floor
• Large single office on the third floor suitable for an ‘anchor tenant’ for the project.

Works are expected to complete in late 2025.
