Adventure Coast Southport’s Day of the Dead Festival

Adventure Coast Southport’s spectacular Day of the Dead Festival is set to light up the North West this autumn with unmissable live shows, family entertainment and dramatic firework finales.

Taking place on Saturday 1st November and Saturday 8th November, this bold celebration of Mexico’s Día de los Muertos promises an unforgettable evening filled with fire, rhythm and colour.

With gates opening at 4.30pm, the festival’s dynamic programme blends high-energy performance, atmospheric lighting and immersive entertainment, building to a coastal firework finale that will leave visitors in awe.

Crowd favourites returning for 2025 include the high-octane samba-reggae drummers Batala and the mesmerising fire dance of the Fuego Chicas.

They will be joined by a vibrant mix of brand new acts including  circus artists, stilt walkers, acrobats and surprise pop-up performances across the site.

The festival captures the heart and soul of Día de los Muertos traditions while delivering an accessible, family-friendly event packed with thrills.

Visitors can enjoy a feast for the senses with delicious street food, rides and attractions, live music  and spectacular stage shows, all in one ticketed experience.

Tickets offer exceptional value, with the option to choose between full Adventurer passes, which include unlimited ride access plus all shows and the fireworks, or Spectator passes for those who wish to enjoy the live performances and fireworks.

Children under 90cm go free, making it an affordable and memorable night out for families.
